DIRECTIONS FOR USE

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) packets daily; take one (1) packet with your morning and evening meals.

Anyone concerned with optimal health. LifePak® should be the core product in a Pharmanex® supplement regimen. LifePak® can be taken by anyone who is at least 12 years of age or 100-lbs/45 kg. As for 12-17 years old teenager, they can take one packet of LifePak® once a day after their heaviest meal with eight ounces of liquid while 18 years old and above should take 2 packets a day.

How is this product supplied?
LifePak® is supplied in a 30-day supply of 60 packets. Each packet contains four tablets.

Why do you have to take LifePak® twice daily?
The LifePak® Family products are comprehensive multivitamin/mineral/phytonutrient supplements that contain a potent blend of nutrients. It should be taken twice daily to provide your body with optimal saturation and absorption of vitamins and minerals. Twice daily intake will also provide 24-hour antioxidant protection.

Should I take LifePak® with a meal?
LifePak® should be taken with a meal for two reasons. First, it will enhance the absorption of the vitamins, and secondly, taking LifePak® with a meal will improve the tolerance of the minerals

Can I take LifePak® if I am pregnant?
While many pregnant women take LifePak® without complications, it is advised on the package label that pregnant women consult with their physician before taking.

Can I take LifePak® if I am diabetic, or have cancer/hypertension/ heart disease/etc.?
It is advised on the package label to consult with a physician in the case of medical conditions. Pharmanex is not qualified to make these types of recommendations. Certain conditions or medications may be contraindicated with certain ingredients in the Pharmanex products.

Does LifePak® contain Omega 3 and 6?
No.

What is the difference between Spirulina and klorella with LifePak®?
You have to take a lot of Spirulina to have the same nutrient quantity as LifePak®.

Why some people find their urine to be yellow after taking LifePak®?
Some of the vitamin B (B2) is excreted out during metabolism.

Is LifePak® sufficient without other Pharmanex® products?
LifePak® is taken to maintain health but other products are taken for special concerns.
